This is a unique building located at the corner of Westbrook and Lombard. The Richardson Innovation Centre is a state-of-the-art food product development and quality-testing facility. The facility is a four storey, 62,000sq/ft building. The steel structure allows for remarkable architectural details of prominent structural overhangs and glass curtain walls.
