South Winnipeg's skyline is changing again. Two new towers are joining the skyline at 3021 Pembina Highway. There are two 18-storey towers, having a total area of 500,000 square feet (46,451 square metres) including 10,000 square feet (929 square metres) of commercial retail space. Designed by local firm Affinity Architecture.
Launching in 2023, The Halo will reshape the city-scape of the mature neighborhoods of Richmond West and Fort Richmond.
