The developers of the Refinery District is about the long-term picture and the site surrounding the old Manitoba Sugar Company between Pembina and Waverley in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
In a few years’ time, they see red brick buildings and steel beams framing boutique shops, bustling restaurants and late-night taprooms. Modern businesses moving into offices with architecture that honour the historic warehouses that came before. Condos and townhomes filled with people who bring life to the entire community. Walkways, parks, paths and ponds, all in one place: The Refinery District.

Building 1C is a new strip mall which boasts 160,000 sq/ft of retail space. 109 tons of steel was fabricated for this project.
