The building was a hybrid design structurally comprising of steel, delta beams, precast hollowcore & cast in place concrete to create an ”industrial urban” look.

SSCY Canopies

​

Specialized Services for Children and Youth renovated the old Christie building on Notre Dame Ave.  A covered sidewalk and parking stalls were added to provide a comfortable way to get in and out of the building.

St. Gianna Church

​

St. Gianna church is an extremely complex steel structure.  There are no straight walls in this project.  A series of intersecting circles of varying diameters created the exterior layout of the building.

The biggest challenge with this job was having the ‘tree’ columns appear to be seamless.  The wide flange columns needed to split into three or even four pieces at the top.  

Exposed steel is one of unique material choices used for the natural finishes in this 400,000-square-foot shopping centre in the Seasons of Tuxedo Development.
